Mom decided to move back to Arizona. She found a place with a lot of… potential.

Before Josh got involved, mom bought a cute little spot in a 55+ community. The place was a little older, and needed some love, but it was just-right for what mom wanted. First things first, she had “that 70’s carpet” removed, and a handyman come repair some of the subfloor…

That’s when Josh got involved and things started going in a different direction…
